This past summer, we partnered with three organizations to give their students a head start in math for the upcoming school year. Through a series of assessments, one-one-help, and the PicScience resources, we were able to analyze their progress throughout the weeks to determine their strengths and weaknesses.
All assessments are out of 10 and are specific to the individuals student's needs.
The Boys and Girls Club (Ozark, AL)
For a total of four weeks, the PicScience team worked with a group of five students to assess their skills in fractions.
Hawk Houston Youth Enrichment Center (Dothan, AL)
For a total of three weeks, the PicScience team worked with a group of students to assess their skills in fractions. For this chart, we selected the two students that showed up for all three weeks.
Elba Public Library (Elba, AL)
